it's been about three weeks since I've started following the plant based lifestyle. but not 100 percent. in fact i should rather say I'm following the blue zone diet. that's about 30 persent animal products and the rest whole plant foods. i now know why I don't see any vegans on this app. it takes forever to write down everything your eating. I'm absolutely loving this way of eating. in terms of finding a diet that you can keep doing forever. i think this is it for me. I've also been eating chocolate every day because of all the gufts we got for passover do I'm really not trying too hard! for those of you that don't know, if been stuck at 77 forever, but I've never been so worried about losing weight. i just don't want to pick up. and i don't want to do any diets that i cant keep up with. i wanted to heal my cravings and my binge eating. I'm not there yet but I'm so much better. all u want is to be healthy.. i think I'm on the good way now. # forksoverknives

HI Lallie. I am a dairy free pescaterian. I haven't eaten meat in probably 7 years and do not miss it at all. I gave up dairy about 9 years ago. Simply for the reason that consuming it made me sick. There is a growing number of vegans on this site. All the best for your journey :)

Try “saving” some of the repetitive meals. It will help with logging.

Hi Lallie ehr, well done on the decision to do predominantly plant based. Definitely a great choice healthwise and also eating ethically and compassionately. This is my 2nd week as a vegan, after 11 years of pescatarianism and watching a documentary called Seaspiracy, I knew it was time to make my transition and so far so good, been trying out so many amazing recipes like Violife dairy free mozzarella cheese (that melts!😍), cashew and coconut ice-cream, etc and have been adding LOADS of plant based vegan food and products to this app, on an almost weekly basis since I do OMAD and meal prepping. All the best on your tranformation, 77kg is a goal for some, so don't lose your momentum, whether it takes weeks or months, sometimes the plateau is more mental than physical and the first step is changing the mindset, you've got what it takes! 🌻🏃‍♀️
