Really tough low energy day yesterday. But 300g loss. Am battling to keep my step count up because of the low energy. Any advice?
80.4 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you still eating only 1300cal a day? If so then your body is low on energy because you are not eating enough. Caloric intake that low is mainly for the super morbidly obese.

Yes, still 1,300 kcals a day. But that is only 200 less than the RDI calculator recommends for me.

Drinking black coffee helps me with the low energy issue... but remember to drink one glass of water for every cup of cofee you drink...
