0.8kg loss this past week. Losing about 100g per day, with a deficit of about 900- 950kcal per day.
I can see the difference in my calves since I started at 85kg, and now 4.3kg down. Can cross my legs easier!
Waist - 99.5cm down 5.5cm from start
Hips - 111cm down 4cm from start
2 things I am really looking forward to is seeing 70-something on the scale instead of 80-something; and seeing a lime green bar under my name, instead of the orange one. Small goals, but very motivating. Hoping to update this time next week with these wins!!!
Dang, this stuff is hard! I so admire those of you who have reached or come close to your target. I now know what you have been through, and salute you!

Hi Julia, I track my steps and trying to maintain 8,500 a day, but otherwise no. At the moment, I have little energy left to do further exercise.
