Even though I am a fan of jogging/running, if it increases your appetite to the point it's hard to stay within your caloric limit, it might be wise to pause it for now / find another form of cardio that doesn't make you as hungry. Some people aren't considerably hungrier after exercise, some are. If it's messing with your weight loss efforts, do less.

mountain mans advice is good. Drink water rather than eating post workout. Make sure you're getting enough protein (I shoot for 60g a day).

High protein, lots of water, and then I even have emergency snacks if I want something after 8pm [which is generally my cut off for the night] on eating. But everyone is different. 3 things I like "late" if I just feel hungry again. Low fat Yogurt, Grillo's pickles, Croutons[ not a lot of nutritional value] but just something that a few of them and I'm like alrite I'm good for the nite.

Lots of water and veggies! And lean proteins. Then, eat it slower. You'll feel more full before you overeat.

I haven't figured that out. When I would go to the gym twice a day- lifting in the a.m. and cardio at night- I always ended up eating what I burned and probably a bit more- much more noticeable from the cardio than the lifting. Good luck to you.

It's also about what you eat. Grab a protein snack. It will help fill you up.

I do cardio in the morning combined with intermittent fasting. That means I don't eat until 11 AM or after 7 PM. As others have did here, high fiber helps. I generally eat a salad, a cup of carrots, a 1/2 cup of cauliflower, and a cup of beans. This keeps me satiated until dinner around 5:30 PM. Black coffee helps too but be careful not to get dehydrated.

I find eating organic foods high in fibre really makes a difference. Steel cut oats with chia seeds, banana slices and cinnamon is a good one. Organic brown and wild rice as a grain side or a bed for a stir fry is great too. Keep working hard!

try eating Complex Carbs, things that fill you up with small portions (sweet potatoes, kinwa. you can find a bit more than these) if not that then just try serving yourself smaller portions when you eat, I use smaller plates/bowls to make it seem like it's enough and I feel full after it. instead of snacking on food, trying drinking water and keep at until you eat again, if you do end up snacking, try to go for something like apples with peanutbutter, or anything that you know is going to make you feel a bit full without eating a bunch of it.

eat more green, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, jicama, they have a lot of fiber, low calories, the best in micronutrients and they are also cheap, eat them as snacks if you are in definition and you have these cravings, but more importantly keep busy during the day, not thinking about exercise or diet makes a difference, and if it's too hard for you don't cut calories too aggressive, enjoy the process!

Swap out carbs for fat.

Portion your food out and eat only that portion, very slowly. Drink lots of water and herbal tea. It might be worth starting an IF routine on days you don't exercise, so that you get used to feeling hungry for part of your day and learn how to ignore it until you're ready to eat again =)
