Dtarting to see fadt results with my herbalife meal replacements and a walk every second day. Im very impressed. I did not think it would actually work. I think it could have been better but it was grandads birthday yesterday, and had cake and all sorts 🙈. I think this week will be much better.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
