man. i dont know what happened yesterday, but i ate double what I usually do. been struggling to get i to the right mindset after easter and a house full of chocolates that i got as a gift. I decided to skip breakfast today and then i still aye really bad at lunch. i managed to pull myself together with a very nice and healt salad that i really enjoyed as well. I'm hoping I can pull myself together. if i keep in eating like this I'll be back at square one....
