You're doing so well - I love your colourful leggings! I am finding it hard to build muscle and tone rather than putting on fat, do you have any advice?

I do a lot of fasted cardio as well as weights. My weight sessions are fast, relatively light and super setted. I don't rest between sets unless physically tired. I try to eat 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. I know this regime sounds old fashioned but it works for me! You may have to try a few things until you find what works for you.
