Strangely I ate more calories yesterday but weight went down. I did eat more in the morning than usual so that may have influenced how things played out. I averaged just over 1900 calories last week..up a little from the previous week.

I have a routine appt. with my cardiologist tomorrow...actually his physicians asst. I had an incident about 10 years ago so the cardiologist monitors my heart health since then.

Friday my 2 youngest sisters are coming up and our other sister & I are all hanging out. Planning dinner with one of my nieces. Saturday we're attending a wedding shower for another neice.

It's warm & sunny today, so I've been puttering around outside....cleaning some outdoor furniture, moving some plants outside, etc. Also doing laundry & a bit of housework inside.

Wednesday, Hubby & I are planning to take a drive over to where my neice is getting married...just to check it out. We and other family members are staying there the weekend of the wedding. We'll probably have lunch & walk around.

I took a little break for something to eat & sit outside for a few minutes. I'm going to go make the bed in the guest room & finish tidying up in there.

Hubby is going to pick up our Yorkie...he had his teeth cleaned today. We'll probably get our afternoon walk in after he gets back.




65.9 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
