Lost 0.8 lbs for cutting out rice and logging my food intake. Looks like I'm on a good start 👍🏽Next step, watch my calorie intake and cut out soda and boba.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
