Hmmm 🤔 I knew it. But it was my fault anyway. Adobo chicken (lots of sodium) two pieces of brownies and a thin slice of carrot cake with walnuts. Yup fixing it today.
59.5 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
