I’m so frustrated with this painfully slow loss! Hope this means it’s going to stay off.
72.9 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The slower the loss, the better. A small drop is better than no drop😊. Keep going

I'm the same 0.3 per week average. took me 3-months to loose 3kg's. just keep your eye in the goal and keep up. you'll see and feel the difference!

if you can constantly lose 0.3kg per week then you're doing fine. the deficit you eat at and also how much you supplement that deficit with exercise will determine how big the overall deficit is weekly, and so long as there is a caloric deficit then you will lose weight overtime. generally you don't want to lose weight to fast or you risk muscle loss too
