it's been a week now that I've adopted the plant based lifestyle. i still had some meat but mostly only vegan meals. loved it. feel better and I have been losing a little every day and really enjoying every meal. i think this is the way to go ...
75 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
