meh🥺 don't know what happened but gain 100g🥺

Your body fluctuates in water everyday due to how much salt you ate, hoe much you excercised and how much water you dtabk as well as what part of your cycle you are in. Can I suggest that you weigh weekly instead as itd be more accurate and less stressful for you.
