This last 8 pounds is coming off so, but I am trying to build muscle also. It's slow to show on the scale since muscle weighs more, that's my guess on why I'm losing slower now.
60.1 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The muscle will weigh the same as a pound of fat. It will take up less “space” however. Slow and steady! Let that muscle build so you also burn more calories at rest.
