My weights been going crazy since I started running more. I haven't been stressing since I read up on post workout weight gain. Logged 21000 steps yesterday by just walking to errands that were a mile or less from my home instead of driving.
81.8 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
