Losing weight feels like a breeze compared to my toning up journey, constantly feel like I'm making more mistakes than progress
65 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can relate...sooooo much... it's Soo hard because you get all this different advice and you try to implement the...for me it's either I see a bit of progress and then I start gaining some weight or I lose weight and I see no progress...I hope you find clarity and what works for you... You're not on the journey alone...we can and will figure this out 💪
