today is my 5th day of fasting, where you don't eat for 16hours and then you get 8 hours eating time before you're next fasting. you can what you want, as long as you don't overdo it. everytime you fast, you should try to stay longer without food.
111.9 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 41.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
