Creeping down ever so slowly. I'm doing pretty well at staying away from junk food and not overeating. My calorie count could probably be lower, but I am not feeling deprived, so I don't feel at risk of bingeing -- and that's important. I would love to be down to 180 by Christmas, but if not, that's okay.
