Had a lot of physical activity at work over the last few days. I have followed my exercise plan and eaten clean, I have given up any and all additional sugar 😳. That’s the hard part for me I’m definitely a sugar-holic. Hopefully those cravings will stop soon. I did pass on an unopened box of Oreo cookies yesterday. (I was completely alone with them for hours)That’s a huge accomplishment for me. Especially since just last month I ate 4 boxes in 4 days. And they weren’t even mine, they belonged to a friend. I ate the entire box, felt bad bought him another box. Ate it before I got to work. Bought another one ate it. Well you get the picture 😂 I truly struggle with anything sweet.
