Anyone else's weight fluctuate by as much 2 or 3 pounds day to day?

Are you following the same routine when weighing I.e. same day and time every week. I've found I weigh less after a shower same day or time

not by that much, maybe 1lb on a bad day. it's definetly been more consistent since adding wheat bran to my porridge just to increase insoluble fiber. adding soluble fiber send to make it worse

I weigh less after a shower too, it's odd.

If I weight myself first thing in the morning before any water or exercise it tends to be the most accurate, but yes it does fluctuate and move up and down sometimes.
