I have been on and off the wagon. I feel motivated and ready to go. Goal is to loose 1kg in a week. Let's do this
83.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I totally feel you. Haven’t been eating well and been gaining slowly. But also trying to lose atleast 1kg a week
