So I'm a bit of an extremist especially when I want to achieve a specific goal...I fixate, I obsess and that has led to a lot of short lived progress on my fitness journey.

So the Chloe ting summer shred challenge has given me the opportunity to do the following.

1. Have a specific number of workouts I do in a day
2. Get sufficient rest days
3. Be okay with my progress
4. See the challenge as a reboot to my weight loss.

At this point I am all for slow and steady...I am all for correct form over multiple reps completed. I am all for losing a little over a long period. I am all for being kind to my body🌻.
65 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
