Okay, so Colace on Sunday night, Smooth Move Tea on Monday, and Senna last night haven't done SH*T! High fiber foods except yesterday. What now?

I know I'm super depressed, as had to put my 13 year old cat to sleep on Monday, but surely that isn't what's stopping me? This is all rhetorical just needing to vent.

Magnesium Citrate. It’s in a glass bottle by the Pepto. Maybe Miralax. I always have this problem.

Psyllium husk for a day or two always fixes me up, as well as a product called Super Colon Cleanse (it's not as gnarly as it sounds) at a half dose.

So sorry about your poor kitty. Very hard to deal with when a furbaby passes. Take care of yourself. Savor your best memories together.

Simplest is Milk of Magnesia. 60ml per day. Should find relief after 2-3 days. Does not give you the "rush to the bathroom" feel that Mag Citrate does.

Sorry for your furbaby, an important member of your family. If you normally exercise, you've got to do some bending at least to break up your intestine contents. Try 10 min on bike or treadmill. Go 10 min longer if you feel ok. Drag yourself out for a walk around yard. Your body will thank you and you'll feel more comfy with less bulking you up. Take care
