Apparently my body likes this weight cause it keeps gravitating back there. It is below goal but up a couple of lbs from my lowest. I think it's my Winter weight. Maybe when I become more active in the Spring my "normal" will be lower.

We got some disturbing news today. Our niece is in the hospital & was getting an Angiogram on her heart. She was feeling sick and attributed it to something she ate, but after calling 911 & ending up at the emergency room it has been attributed to her heart. She is a few years older than I am....her Mom was Hubby's oldest sister. It's especially disturbing to me because my brother in law had thought he had heartburn all day the day he died of a heart attack. She has always been somewhat sedentary and with Covid restrictions and the cold & snow (she's in Toronto) she has been inside even more. We were talking with our other Niece & Hubby had said maybe she could walk around inside the local mall for exercise. He was reminded they're in lockdown....no malls open. We're waiting to hear an update on what they find at the hospital. Hubby & I are very close to his nieces and we haven't been able to visit all year due to Covid.

Hamburgers tonight....salad on the side.
