Starting over. The weather is beautiful, so I walked the dog about 1.4 miles yesterday morning and this morning. My left knee and right hip are hurting from the excess weight. That has to change because I don't want to be too debilitated to walk.

I have to get back to the good habits I had in 2011. After moving to this new place in June 2012, I lost my discipline.

Right now I'm thinking about high-calorie snacks, which has been my usual afternoon downfall. I can't indulge in mindless munching right now, so I made some hot tea. I have to have aalternative. I'll start walking the stairs a couple of times in lieu of snacking when I get those urges. I'll do that now.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hugs back atcha, Jo! It's great to know you're still here too. And I was happy to see that ctlss came back. It has been a revolving door.
