Yay that is the trend I love to see. Now to just stay on course....I have a tendency to self sabotage...Trying a new approach it's called no excuses and accountability. Who knew....lol...

Absolutely I have lost and gained the same 20 lbs numerous times lol. I am trying to actually loose this time and keep it off. And actually get to my goal....
