Soooooo I didnt enter my food diary yesterday as I cant even account for what I ate. I was hosted at Butcher Block in Umhlanga so that says it all. I was expecting a big jump on the scale and I suppose that will come in the days to follow. I usually mess up really bad over weekends and my plan is since I did a pretty good job yesterday of that I'm going to be as good as possible. My hope here is that the scale is on my side for today.
