so, I recently had a pretty big health scare although I'm only 19 and not really over weight, but it lead me to the biggest change in my life and my eating habits. I have cut out all sugar and bad carbs and eating veggies which I've never done in my entire life. These past few days have been life changing and it improved how fast I loose weight. I just thought I would share as I know you have struggles and you understand my situation :) it just shows you by the grace of God how life changes for the better.
69.5 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
