Just as I progress so well I hit that time of the month. I wouldn't normally do any workout due to discomfort but if I could have half a slab of oreo (blame it on the boyfriend again) then I can do a short hiit workout. Yayyyyy
82 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
