Whilst some might disagree that it's not good to weigh oneself everyday it keeps me on track even if I gain. Small decrease on the scale bit it all adds up. The beauty of it is I still eat what I want of cos in moderation...I'm very determined to see myself through to 80kgs....
82.4 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
