Only a little drop but after a week of fluctuations I’m just pleased it’s even that. Stock control issues on the scales front but a cm down on the waist so all 👍🏼
81.5 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
