Today was a day,just wasn't hungry. Took me all day to get what I did in macros were a bit off. So making myself a hot cup of chocolate HWC and Skinny syrup.
Did manage with the clunky knee bracecto get some inside chores done.
Tomorrow is another day.

I'm never "hungry" because of having my vagus nerve severed (intentionally) when I had gastric bypass surgery 16 years ago. BUT, I ALWAYS want to eat! I really ENJOY eating and like most things.
