Today was a day,just wasn't hungry. Took me all day to get what I did in macros were a bit off.
So making myself a hot cup of chocolate HWC and Skinny syrup.

Did manage with the clunky knee bracecto get some inside chores done.

Tomorrow is another day.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 32.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I'm never "hungry" because of having my vagus nerve severed (intentionally) when I had gastric bypass surgery 16 years ago. BUT, I ALWAYS want to eat! I really ENJOY eating and like most things.
