Note to self: do not weigh daily. It just leads to disappointment. Reflected more than 2kg down during the week but today on official weigh day only 1.2kg. 😫
78.2 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
