Another solid day on the scale. After I’ve added fruit back into my diet (was doing strict keto), I’ve been losing weight every day. Can’t be a coincidence.
77.9 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
