I just had to go hard on my body as nothing seemed to make me loose weight. so l started my journey on the 21st of December 2020, l weighed and l was 85.5kgs. Then 20 January 2021 l weighed and was 74.1kgs. I cut out all solid foods and was just taking fluids. Tea, Water, Freshly blended fruit juice, Mageu and Yoghurt (Drinking Yoghurt-Yoggi sip). for example my breakfast would just be a cup of Roiboos with milk, lunch a glass of juice, then dinner a glass or two of Mageu... it was not easy but l did it🙏
