Well my muscles were way too sore for a normal workout today, couldnt manage a sit up if i tried, so intead i put on some good music and danced like nobody was eatching for an hour. Will still do a vit of a workout this afternoon coz my muscles seem to have loosened up a bit after dancing like a crazy person.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
