So im back at it again. I Lost interest for a while. Did some major excersize this morning and goingbto try maintain a steady routine. Im consuming less calories than i should in a day and trying to keep myself busy while at home. I need to do some serious toning and muscle building in my core area. 3 years after giving birth, i have no mre excuses.
