☆I've lost 2.4 pounds this week. Yay! Half day fast -- my new weight loss strategy. I'm pleased as punch, and I'm going to reward myself by folding a big load of laundry! LOL!
Update: Didn't exercise. But I did a lot of other stuff today, i.e., cleaning. Felt a little icky, but stuck to diet!
