getting back to pre-Christmas weight. Planning for 140 by Lent (Feb 17) which I think I can get to (that's about a pound per week) and then BACK TO MAINTENANCE. Trying to distinguish between the weight that is achievable (last summer's 135) and the weight that is maintainable (140-145).
65.9 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can soooooo relate! Made it to 135 but for me it wasn't maintainable plus I looked a bit gaunt. I think around 140 or so is best for me also
