During lockdown and after coming off mu anxiety medication 1 year ago, I gained over 15kgs. I am feeling determined to take back my healthy lifestyle and shed these kgs.
90.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
