HELLO Sunday! Rolled out of bed, literally, this morning, so the scale decided to throw me a bone.
I'm okay, landed on my fat ass, so the hip,thigh, & calf pain was diminished for a time. Since all my floors are this stone tile my landlord installed after their last tenants, it wasn't a pleasant landing, but no where near as painful as my Trip & Fall on 11/23.
Lil sis is supposed to come over later today and Oster me for the aforementioned pain. Figure on going back to bed after I run "The War with Grandpa" back to a Redbox. Drove yesterday to Bell &19th Avenue, so the few blocks to Fry's or a few more to CVS should be doable. Stay safe out there 💟
