Winner, winner, chicken dinner 🍽️ Well I haven't decided on dinner yet, but dreamed about this dish my Mom used to make with canned Salmon. I found a can of it in my cabinet when I pulled all my canned goods out to see what I have on hand last week.
On this date for the past 5 years: 263.5 - 2019 263 - 2018 before starting chemo 250? - 2017 (between 12/31/16 251# & 1/6/17 253.5#) 270? 2016 (between 12/28/15 278# & 1/6/17 275#)
Cutting myself some slack and just being grateful for the 13 - 20+ lbs I'm not carrying anymore.
Hope this year brings the best out in all of us.
