I'm only losing ounces these last 2 weeks, but at least I'm losing. I would rather it be pounds, but it is what it is for now.
66.8 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That’s usually how I lose on the ounces. Only cause I’m bad and I don’t exercise.🙁 But a loss is a loss and I’m getting there ounce by once.😊

I do exercise, except yesterday I took a rest day. At work I get plenty of exercise standing for 12 hours and running around the whole shift, but my body is used to that. It may be stress, because your body releases cortisol which holds fat. I have a stressful job though so not much I can do about that. In a month I'm going to join a gym that has a pool and they may help lose more weight.
