Fasting a.m. blood sugar 135; weight 165.6 Plan: Green tea fast, with one meal today. Yesterday's green tea fast was pretty easy. I will try it again today. Not as easy today -- I needed to eat a cheese stick about lunchtime and I had Keto coffee. Should have stuck to green tea! Supper at 6:30 was stir fry with turkey ham, eggs, pepper and onion blend, cheese, and cabbage. Finished up with apple dump cake and unsweetened applesauce.
