What is a good weight to start going to the gym I want to gain muscle. I’ve lost close too 100 pounds now and I’m 16 I’m currently 210 but I don’t want to gain unnecessary weight so when should I go and any tips on what to do???
95.3 kg Lost so far: 41.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
