Although, I don't feel like I've been eating the best I still lost. I checked a day late because I forgot but damn. I'm so sure I went over 2000 calories twice this week. I'm shocked and in disbelief. I don't want to believe it in case...
59.9 kg Lost so far: 48.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week

So great!!! It's all those healthy choices you made in your journey leading up to this!!! I recently noticed my fitbit shows I'm burning more calories everyday than I had before doing basically the same thing, and my BMR said I had the metabolism of a 63 year old and that's gone down one year this week!!! I know maintenance can be difficult. Keep up the good work and congrats on your accomplishment!!!
