So since I entered the scary 80’s my scale is on Annual leave till Jan 1st. Double the work. Half calories and more exercise. Pulling out the big guns🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️ Cheers to a healthy lifestyle 🥂
89 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
