I just downloaded this app again after several years... in September 2020 I weighed the highest I ever have in my life. I was on 114,2 kg. I was just so sad. Lockdown and working from home were not kind to me and I was not kind to myself. I’m back working out and trying to eat healthy. I’ve managed to drop about 10kg but I still don’t recognize the person in the mirror. I’m not going to push myself though, i won’t give myself a crazy timeline within which to reach my goal weight. I just need to be healthy and I’m enjoying the happiness exercise has brought back into my life.
103.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
