I’ve been doing intermittent fasting(16/8) for almost a month now, eating from 12pm to 8pm. I also gave up on sugar which has helped me a lot because I hardly get any cravings. I’ll be continuing with intermittent fasting because it has helped me to have a healthy relationship with food, I’m now able to eat only when I’m hungry 🤗🤗

I have also been doing intermittent fasting and it has helped me to only eat when I am Hungry as well :) the weight has been coming off ever since I started fasting, after not losing anything for 2 weeks :( It's a great method to include into one's diet :)

Yes it’s really great. Which intermittent fasting are you currently doing?

Ooooh howcome? I’m referring to the sugar. Eating less refined sugar is making you less hungry? And are you only talking about processed sugar here?

I’m referring to processed sugar. I get most of my sugar from fruits and whole grain carbs.

I think for me intermittent fasting has definitely helped me "review" my relationship with food - why was I eating, and what was I eating... I am doing intermittent fasting (minimum 16 hours a day but then I basically eat anywhere from 16 to up to 22 hours later, depending on how busy my work day is - most days I stop eating anywhere between 4pm to 7pm, and I use an app to track because otherwise I would have no idea)... I think I had a big problem with snacking/grazing out of boredom, stress or without even any reason, and I had no concept of how much I was eating...sometimes also maybe a bit of an emotional eat, I don't know... Am following a keto diet together with I.F. and I have found it to be definitely sustainable till now, although I think it's normal to sometimes feel lus for some bread or chocolate (thank goodness for substitutes) Ultimately I just want to find and have something that is sustainable in the long term, and that feels like a lifestyle as opposed to a diet

I was exactly the same.. Eating out of boredom! Since I started IF and Keto my relationship with food is sooo much better. It took a drastic step for me to get over eating crap, but I'm so glad I started. And it is Def sustainable, can't think that I will return to my old ways again. There is substitute for choc (my weakness) and it taste great! I'm on 20:4 and doing a 24hour each week. So far so good! I'm feeling fantastic, so much more energy and a clear mind.. Lovit ❤️ good luck with your journey
