I ran 4 times on the road at-least 3km last week and was hoping I would be in my 80’s now🤪😂🤣🤣 guess i will be seeing my 80’s in dec .For now we go💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
90 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
